Project Catalyst funds this programme, so nothing in the launch phase is sold. It is free to Catalyst-funded proposers outright, and free to everyone else with a voluntary contribution invited once you have a place. Andamio charges about 9.5 ADA to mint your access token, and we refund it when you finish. What limits access is the twenty places in a cohort, never money.

Guided cohort
Free
The same nine modules, run as a cohort with scheduled sessions alongside the first twenty teams. Free for this launch cohort. Guided cohorts will carry a charge in future intakes.

How you get a place
Check your fit. Six questions, about two minutes. It tells you straight whether this cohort is for you, and takes your request if it is.
We review it. The first cohort is capped at twenty teams, and a fit is not the same as a place. We confirm by email either way.
You enrol on Andamio. Connect your Cardano wallet, mint your access token and start module 000. Andamio charges a fixed 5 ADA platform fee, and with the deposits and the network fee it comes to roughly 9.5 ADA. That goes to the platform, not to us, and it is the only cost in the programme.
We refund it when you finish. Claim the credentials for your modules and we send the access token cost back to your wallet. Finishing is what triggers it, so the one cost you do face is one you get back.
Contribute, if you want to. Only after you have a place, and only if you are not a Catalyst-funded proposer. Any amount, including nothing. It changes nothing about your access, your review or your credential.
Why it works this way
The programme exists because Project Catalyst funded it. Charging funded proposers for something their own ecosystem paid to build would be taking twice, so we do not.
Everyone else pays nothing up front because we would rather have the right twenty teams than the twenty who could afford it. A voluntary contribution after the fact is a judgement on work already done, which is a fairer thing to ask than a price paid on a promise.
This is the launch phase, and we would rather say so than imply it lasts forever. Guided cohorts will carry a charge in future intakes. Self-managed learners pay Andamio's fees and nothing to us for now.
Contributions go towards running the next cohort. They are made in ADA from your own wallet, which you sign yourself. We never hold card details and there is nothing to cancel.
The access token fee is Andamio's, not ours, and we would rather it was not a reason to hesitate. So we refund it on completion. It also means the only money you put in is money you get back by finishing, which is the behaviour we want to encourage anyway.
