A business and leadership programme for funded Cardano development teams whose constraint is no longer the build. Nine modules, each ending in work on your own venture, delivered as project-based learning on Andamio with on-chain proof of completion.

The Academy teaches leadership and commercial capability, not more technical help. Before the build works, there is nothing to apply it to.

How it runs
Async, project-based
Roughly three hours a week, at your own pace. Each module closes with an assignment you complete on your own venture, and the outputs build into your business playbook.
On Andamio
The course runs on Andamio, a Cardano learning platform. You enrol with your wallet, submit your work for review, and completion is recorded on-chain.
Free to Catalyst proposers
Free to Catalyst-funded proposers. For everyone else, payment is voluntary: contribute what you feel it was worth, and it funds the next cohort.
